From the very beginning of her medical training, Dr Mendes De Carvalho developed a deep passion for the skin, its complexities, and its impact on quality of life. After earning her Integrated Master’s Degree in Medicine from NOVA Medical School in Lisbon, she specialised in Dermatology and Venereology at Unidade Local de Saúde de Lisboa Ocidental.
What she loves most about her speciality is the ability to diagnose and treat skin conditions quickly, often within just one or two consultations. The autonomy and efficiency of her field allow her to make a direct and meaningful impact on her patients’ well-being.
