« To stay fit, eating well, sleeping well, and moving enough has always been the best approach. »

Dr Ana Rente was not destined to become a doctor, but rather a top-level sportswoman! However, she has always wanted to understand how the body works, especially during sports and recovery.

She was so passionate about this that she thought she would like to help people understand the functionality of their bodies. It’s for that reason she started medicine in parallel with her sports career, which took her to the trampoline events at the Beijing, London, and Rio Olympics.
