INGREDIENTS
For 14 energy balls :
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup pitted dates (or date paste)
- 6 dried fruits of your choice or in a mixture (figs, prunes, apricots, etc.)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
To roll energy balls : some cocoa or coconut or ground pistachios
INSTRUCTIONS TO REALIZE ENERGY BALLS
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except for rolling balls.
- Mix until you get a dough that holds, but is a grainy strand: the pieces that are not mixed add crunch!
- Roll ! Take one tablespoon of the mixture and form into a ball: repeat until the mixture is over.
- Dress! Roll the balls in the mixture of your choice: cocoa, coconut, ground pistachios.
STORAGE : one week in the fridge in an airtight glass box, or several weeks in the freezer.
